We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, including:

- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
We do not currently offer international shipping.

All orders are dispatched directly from our UK-based store:

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We recommend reporting damage within 48 hours to help us investigate quickly.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer:
