If a pricing or product error occurs after you place an order, or a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or a suitable alternative. You will not be charged more than the price displayed at the time of your order.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order through our website:
- You are making an offer to purchase the goods at the prices and on the terms shown.
- Your order is only legally accepted once we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
- A contract for the sale of the goods is formed at that point.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as:

If we cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid, including delivery charges.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

- Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days
- Order cut‑off: orders placed before 5:00 PM UK time are processed the same or next business day where possible.

7. Returns & Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. If you exercise this right, we will refund the price of the goods together with the standard outbound delivery charge once the items have been returned to us.
In addition, we offer a goodwill 30‑day return window for unused items in their original condition.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the short‑term right to reject within 30 days.
